Once your selected term ends, your virtual number will automatically renew for the same duration. If you want to cancel, you must email info@virtualnumber.com .
Can I cancel my 30 day rolling term?
Yes, cancellation is allowed for all 30 day rolling plans. A 30 day notice period is required before your next billing date.
Will I be notified before my contract ends?
Yes. Customers on 6 month or 12 month plans will receive an automated email 7 days before their contract ends. You will be asked if you want to cancel. If no cancellation request is submitted, the plan will automatically renew.
