Refund policy

We provide virtual numbers on a 30-day rolling subscription. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@nexiovirtualnumber.com.
  • Your number will remain active until the end of your current 30-day billing period, after which it will be automatically deactivated.
  • Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle – no further payments will be taken after your cancellation is processed.

Refunds

  • As virtual numbers are a digital service, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period once the service has been activated.
  • Refunds may only be issued if:
  • The service was not delivered, or
  • There was a technical fault on our side that prevented use of the number.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your subscription was purchased from within the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of your initial order for a full refund, provided the service has not yet been activated. Once a number is activated, the cooling-off period no longer applies.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Activated and working virtual numbers.
  • Partial months (we do not pro-rate unused days).
  • Discounted or promotional subscriptions.
